The Atlanta Police Foundations “At Promise Center”‘s are one of the foundations projects that serves as a form of youth probation while engaging in community policing. In a City Council meeting July 2021 Dave Wilkinson says that “At Promise youth could farm these fields and sell the produce.” when asked about the plans for the “community garden” at Cop City. The foundation often sells houses to police officers in and installs cameras in the neighborhoods where these centers are.
